OUR PRODUCTS
From AI assistants to business software, we build simple, effective tools that make a real difference.
PRACTICAL BY DESIGN
HelpfulCo Innovations Ltd develops practical software solutions that solve everyday operational challenges. Our tools are created with real businesses in mind — simple to use, easy to understand, and built to scale.
INNOVATION & DEVELOPMENT
HelpfulCo includes completed internal tools as well as active development and longer-term R&D. These pages show what is operational today and what is still being built, without presenting unfinished systems as commercial products.
A completed standalone AI coding assistant with an operational Windows build and a working macOS version. It routes work across available coding models while keeping project context, proposal validation and human approval controls in place.

Procurement & commercial intelligence
HelpfulCo searches public procurement sources, planning information, contract renewals, grants, supplier opportunities and other commercial signals to identify opportunities that appear genuinely relevant to a business.
We focus on matching the opportunity to the company rather than simply forwarding large lists of tenders.
Ask us to look for opportunities →AI Governance · Active R&D
Fresh Direction is HelpfulCo's provider-neutral AI governance and control system for organisations using AI agents and automated systems. It is designed to keep authority, policy, risk, evidence, human oversight, monitoring and audit separate from model reasoning itself.
Models can propose. Independent governance determines what may actually happen.

Integrated prototype demonstrated in a relevant controlled environment. The frozen engineering baseline records 372/372 tests passing.
These are HelpfulCo internal engineering assessments, not external certification or a claim that Fresh Direction is production-ready. Further external validation and production deployment work remain.
Trust, company & people
We want customers and reviewers to be able to see who is behind HelpfulCo, how we approach data and AI, and the difference between working products, demonstrations and research.

People behind HelpfulCo
HelpfulCo is a small, founder-led UK company. Kevin and Joann Howard are building the business around practical products, direct customer feedback and human judgement rather than replacing it.
Security & data
Our public pages explain data roles, access controls, retention, AI boundaries and the current security approach without publishing an unnecessary technical blueprint.
Customer evidence
HelpfulCo is in early rollout. We will publish genuine case studies, customer results and testimonials when we have measurable evidence and permission to do so — not invented quotes or inflated adoption numbers.
