Meet Amara provides AI assistant, website chat and lead capture tools for businesses.
Amara is designed to support common customer enquiries. She does not replace professional advice, emergency services, medical advice, veterinary advice, legal advice, financial advice or the judgement of the business using Amara.
Businesses using Amara are responsible for:
- Checking the accuracy of their business profile.
- Reviewing enquiries.
- Responding to customers.
- Confirming bookings manually unless automated booking is separately enabled.
- Ensuring their use of Amara is suitable for their business.
- Keeping their login details secure.
- Complying with applicable laws and data protection requirements.
Amara may occasionally produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. Businesses must not rely on Amara as the only method of handling urgent, high-risk or regulated enquiries.
We may update, suspend or improve the service over time. Early versions may change during testing and rollout.
