Standard is the core package for enquiries, bookings, quotes and appointments. Premium adds monitoring and stronger support. Multi-location pricing is available where needed.
Pricing on this page is for Amara Website AI. Amara AI Receptionist is currently early access, with pricing available on request.

Installation. No technical skills needed. Basic includes clear installation instructions so you or your website provider can add Amara to your website. If you would like us to help install Amara for you, a one-off setup fee may apply on the Basic plan. Free assisted installation is included with Standard, Premium and the Founding Customer Offer during early rollout.

The £29/month founding customer price is protected for the first 12 months. After the 12-month launch period, you can move to the closest available plan or choose another suitable plan.
14-day free trial. No payment during the trial. Your first payment is due one calendar month after the 14-day free trial ends if you continue.
You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before the free trial ends, no monthly payment is due. If you continue after the trial, billing follows your selected plan.
Free trials are limited to one per business. Cancelling and signing up again does not create a new free trial.
You stay in control. On our Premium plan, Amara can help monitor your website for changes to services, prices, opening hours and FAQs. She can suggest updates for approval, but important changes such as prices, services and opening information will not go live without owner approval where appropriate.
Amara records enquiries. Confirmed appointments should still be handled by the business unless calendar integration is separately added.
