Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their Amara subscription by contacting The Helpful Co through the Contact page or by emailing us using the contact details provided on the website.

Meet Amara normally starts with a free trial. 14-day free trial. No payment during the trial. Your first payment is due one calendar month after the 14-day free trial ends if you continue. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before the free trial ends, no monthly subscription payment is due.

After billing has started, monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. No long fixed contract applies during early rollout unless agreed separately in writing.

• Access may continue until the end of any paid billing period.
• Subscription payments already made are normally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed as a goodwill gesture.
• Setup fees, if charged separately, are normally non-refundable once setup work has started.
• Multi-location, custom or separately negotiated contracts may have different cancellation terms if agreed in writing.
