Necessary cookies

Customer account areas use strictly necessary secure session cookies so signed-in users can remain authenticated and access the correct workspace. These cookies are used for security and service operation rather than advertising. They may include short-lived access-session cookies and a longer-lived refresh-session cookie.

Local and session storage

Amara may use local storage or session storage where it is necessary to preserve interface state, complete an authentication or password-recovery flow, or remember settings on the same device. Restricted administrator tools may also use local browser storage for operational settings used by that administrator.

Analytics and advertising

The current public Meet Amara website is not intentionally configured to place advertising cookies or third-party behavioural-marketing cookies. If non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technology is introduced later, this notice will be updated and consent will be requested before such technology is used where UK law requires it.

Email engagement

Business outreach emails may record delivery, opens or link clicks where the relevant email-delivery feature is enabled. That email engagement activity is separate from cookies placed on ordinary visitors browsing the Meet Amara website.

Your choices

You can remove stored website data using your browser controls. Removing strictly necessary authentication cookies or browser storage may sign you out or interrupt an unfinished account-recovery or setup process.
