Amara Website AI helps answer website enquiries and capture leads through your website. Amara AI Receptionist is a separate early-access product being developed for missed calls, callback requests, message taking and appointment enquiries.

Can Amara make mistakes?

Yes. Amara is a website AI assistant and may occasionally misunderstand a message or provide incomplete information. Important details should be checked with the business team. Amara does not replace professional, emergency, medical, legal, safeguarding, regulatory or urgent support.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Basic includes clear installation instructions so you or your website provider can add Amara to your website. If you would like us to help install Amara for you, a one-off setup fee may apply on the Basic plan.

Free assisted installation is included with Standard, Premium and the Founding Customer Offer during early rollout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. 14-day free trial. No payment during the trial. Your first payment is due one calendar month after the 14-day free trial ends if you continue. No monthly payment is due if you cancel before the trial ends.

The £29/month price is a founding customer launch offer for the first 12 months. You get Standard features during the launch period, usually £49/month, plus free assisted installation/setup and a free 30-day launch review. After the 12-month launch period, you can move to the closest available plan or choose another suitable plan.

What is the Basic plan?

Basic is the permanent £29/month plan for a simple Amara website chat assistant and enquiry capture. It includes clear installation instructions, with assisted setup available for a one-off setup fee if needed.

Does Amara replace my staff?

No. Amara helps with common questions, website enquiries and lead capture. Your team still confirms important details, follows up with customers and handles work that needs a person.

Can Amara book appointments automatically?

At first, Amara records appointment enquiries. Confirmed bookings should be handled by the business unless calendar integration is added later.

Does Amara work for different business types?

Yes. Amara is trained across 200 business types and can be tailored for businesses such as vets, hairdressers, barbers, trades, garages, care providers, bakeries, clinics, property firms and professional services. The goal is simple: never miss a customer enquiry or quote request again.

What information does Amara collect?

Amara may collect information such as name, phone number, email address, enquiry message, preferred appointment time and relevant service details.

How do I receive customer enquiries?

Customer enquiries can be saved in the lead dashboard and sent by email alert when a customer leaves their details.

What if Amara does not know the answer?

When Amara cannot answer something, she captures the customer's details and passes the enquiry to the team, so the lead is not lost.

Can Amara answer prices?

Yes, if you provide approved price information. If prices depend on the job, service or appointment, Amara can explain that and pass the enquiry to your team. Price changes should be approved before they go live where appropriate.

Can I approve changes before they go live?

Yes. You stay in control. Amara can suggest updates, especially on higher plans, but important changes such as prices, services and opening information should require approval before live answers change.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard is the core package for website enquiries, bookings, quotes and appointments. Premium includes everything in Standard, plus website price/service monitoring, suggested updates and stronger ongoing support as your business grows.

Is Amara an AI?

Yes. Visitors will be told they are speaking to a website AI assistant. Amara is designed to answer common questions, take details and pass enquiries to the business team, but it may occasionally make mistakes.

Can customers request deletion of their data?

Yes. Businesses should have a process to delete or correct customer enquiry data when requested.

Is there a free trial?
